This was easy, fast, and yummy! I used ground beef because I had it on hand. Otherwise, followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for this quick dinner!

This recipe was great, even with the changes I made . . . didn't have any apples and also halved the quantity, but still delicious! My mother-in-law even went back for seconds, so it must be good! It's a keeper!

The chicken tasted great, but I was expecting a little more spice/heat. I used Frank's Hot Sauce and marinated for 3 hours, but could not really taste it at all. Next time, I'll use a hotter sauce (like Tabasco) or marinate overnight. Otherwise, the coating was great and the drumsticks fried up perfectly in about 25 minutes.
