Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks
The chicken tasted great, but I was expecting a little more spice/heat. I used Frank's Hot Sauce and marinated for 3 hours, but could not really taste it at all. Next time, I'll use a hotter sauce (like Tabasco) or marinate overnight. Otherwise, the coating was great and the drumsticks fried up perfectly in about 25 minutes.
