Grilled Salmon with Cilantro Sauce
My husband, 9 and 10 year old granddaughters and myself loved it. I used butter (didn't think it made it to heavy), added some lemon juice (didn't have limes on hand) and generously sprinkled Old Bay over top before baking. Since it was wrapped in foil, didn't think I'd get any benefit from the charcoal grill, so I baked it for 20 minutes at 350. Will definitely make it again and recommend it to others.

Chicken Chipulos
This was okay, but a little bland. It was easy to prepare. My family ate it but I probably wouldn't make it again.

Fig Cake I
I made this cake for the first time and thought it was okay, but it wasn't what I was looking for. The cake itself is mainly a spice cake which is fine but you cannot taste any figs. I made the icing but wasn't crazy about it. I probably would have like a cream cheese frosting better as mentioned in other recipes. As someone else, if your main reason for making a fig cake is to taste the figs, forget this recipe. I had my sone take it to work and they liked it. One gal asked for the recipe, so to each their own.
