Mall Pretzels

Excellent! I have made these twice - the first time I used a bosch and the dough didn't hold the shape well - kept shrinking. The second time I made the dough in my cuisinart and it was perfect. I brush on the baking soda/water mixture - less messy that way. Tastes great!

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey

My first turkey turned out perfect! Didn't stuff with stuffing - don't like my stuffing soggy from inside a bird - so I stuffed it with 2 whole onions and a couple celery sticks instead.

Great cookie recipe. I think the base of this recipe could be used for other kinds of cookies - like try mixing in gumdrops at christmas time, or peanut butter cups for a chocolate version.

Chocolate Trifle

I didn't love the recipe as written - it was too sweet for me - and thats saying a lot. The next time i made it, I used unsweetened real whipped cream to mix in the pudding - and it was way better. I also through in some strawberries.
