Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon
AWESOME!!! My husband and I loved it! I made it without changing a thing but used a cedar plank to grill it on and it came out perfectly moist! Great for low carbers especially if you substitute the brown sugar for Splenda brown sugar.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These are REALLY awesome! I took the advice of another reviewer and slightly mooshed the balls down a bit before baking. Otherwise I kept everything the same. Each time I make them I definately double the recipe because with a family of five they go very quickly!
