Baked Potato Soup I
This is a great recipe! It was very easy to follow and the results were perfect. To save time, I used (3) 14.5ozs of Del Monte's canned Diced New Potatoes. I also added more cheddar cheese. I love sour cream, but I didn't use it in this recipe. Instead of mixing the bacon in the soup, I crumbled it on top when serving in bowls. Some reviewers had problems with the soup being too thick when reheated, but I didn't have any. In fact, it was better the second time around. It's well worth the time and a winner with my family.
