I've made these twice. Once with the milk powder and once without. These are definitely tastier when the milk powder is used.

Though these were tasty, these are more of a sugar cookie shaped like gingerbread men. Also the dough was so dry I ended up adding another egg just so that they wouldn't fall apart, when rolling and cutting-also had to use my hands to press together. I am surprised more comments have not been mentioned on the crumbliness of this dough.

This recipe turned out a great tasting scone. I added walnuts,used buttermilk, and half whole wheat flour. Thanks Roni for the recipe. I'll be making these again for sure!
