I’m Markell, I currently work as a Kitchen Manager at well known international steakhouse. My passion to cook started at a young age, when it was time to cook dinner, unlike other kids who were out playing, my mother made me sit down and observe and help her cook and prepare dinner. All those years of training paid off, and I took too cooking with a passion. Not only did my mother train me on how to cook, but she trained me how to be a independent man, free of being dependant on a woman. I love cooking any and everything, there is nothing i wont try atleast once Hands down Creole and Cajun, what most would call soulfood with a twist Making Mexican tamales, Man, those things took like 12 hours start to finish.... hmmm, ive had a few of these... you can expect these when your constantly trying new recipes.
