I love to cook & bake and have wonderful memories in both of my Granmother's kitchen's. At 19 I went to Rental Technical College and became a proffesional baker. I baked for over 10 years until I ment my husband, we married, moved to Germany and started a job with the Government. At home I would have to say cookies & candies. If in a professional kitchen I love to make bread, rolls and work with puff pastries. Grandma's Jo's Almond Roca and from Granma Mo's, America Chop Suey!! Our yearly Christmas trays that my SIL & I bake and prepare! If you ask my daughter, she'd tell you about the time I burnt broccoli and how bad it stunk up the house!!
