Lentil and Sausage Soup
We went to Carraba's as a family and my husband loved the soup there and asked me to find one to make at home. This recipe came so close to their's! Thanks for the recipe, we all loved it!

Reuben Casserole
I love Reuben sandwiches, and this recipe was great. I like my sandwiches with a lot of thousand island dressing so I used quite a bit more than called for and I also put it under the broil just until the cheese started to brown. Tasted great, thanks!

Spanish Rice Bake
I have a hungry husband and two hungry toddlers beside myself. We need to double the recipe next time. I also didn't have chile sauce, but I did have tomato sauce, I used that instead and it still came out great. Better for my 2 year old as he doesn't like spicy things. So we just added our own hot sauce to our own portions. Great recipe, on the menu for next week already!! Also a great and different way to use ground beef.
