Onions Baked with Rosemary and Cream
I tried this one out on myself before I decided to make it for company. I found out that dried rosemary is not a good idea. I've never used fresh rosemary before, but I'll definatly try this next time! To answer the other poster's question, I found that the skins dried and were easy to remove with a fork once they were done. I will definately make this again though!!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
WOW! I just made this and I can't believe how amazing it tastes. I didn't add the chilli powder at all because I added fresh Jalepenos to the stock and I omitted the can of whole tomatoes. It turned out perfect. Just spicy enough!

Onion Pasta
I'm giving this 5 stars because it is so easy to prepare and it doesn't require many ingredients. I didn't use nearly the amount of oil called for, so I didn't find it greasy like other reviewers. I just used enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan. I also added some garlic and green peppers. Very, very tasty.
