Frijoles I
I love making things from scratch and this recipe was a hit. Easy to make. I did not change or alter any of the ingredients. Leftovers froze well. We have used them on tacos, salads and for bean burritos. I'll definitely make these again!

Party Pinwheels
I've made these twice now and both times have been delicious. I am not a fan of olives, so I omitted them. I also didn't add the peppers because they are just too expensive right now. I did add in some chopped carrots instead. I personally think you can add your "crunch" toppings of choice. One other note, I used a chipolte ranch seasoning packet the first time. Added a really nice kick!

Banana Banana Bread
Fantastic!! A lot of users changed the recipie saying it needed more of this or that but I chose to leave it alone. The bread was, as it said, moist delicious and full of flavor! Thank you for a simple no fuss recipe. My twins ate it up. The second time I made them, I cut the recipe in 1/2 and turned it into 12 muffins! Just as wonderful!
