Why do I cook well thats use because my boyfriend doesnt want to always eat out out a TV dinner every night. heheh The greatest cooking influence would have to be my grandma.. she could cook up a whole fest without one recipe I was at awww. My mom is the second influence she can turn anything from simple to complex. My dad is third he was once a chef and he always made fancy dinners lol...
My favorite things to cook
I like the cook simple, but there are times I get a wild hair up my butt, and want to go all out, and do some big product dinner. For exsample, I made the mushroom cheese puffs, and I think, a sandwich for dinner one night. Then a few nights later I made spicy thai shrimp. It had your shrimp, rice, green onions, arackos, and a bunch of other ings in it. Boyfriend LOVES anything asian. So mission compeleted.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Ummm ... I guess me not liking turkey would be a tradition.. on thanksgiving we would have a turkey and a ham. Same thing on christmas. My grandma makes the best stuffing in the world, I have yet to found another as great tasting as hers. My taste buds just water over hers and I always have majorty over it during the hoildays.
My cooking triumphs
My Triumphs ........ umm... ... ... I guess you could say I hardly make tv dinners and get to eat out as much.. I like to cook but just dont tell micah boyfriend that.. he'll expect it more offen. I like doing it when he doesnt think about me cooking. He enjoys it more and its more satasfing to me that way. When Im not expected to cook that is.
My cooking tragedies
When I frist made mushroom cheese puffs I was cooking jamalia and I was trying to get eberything finished before Micah had gotton home from work. Well the jamalia was finished and my mushrooms cheese puffs werent and I had taken them out before time and served. They were still doughie and yuckie. But at least we got to try the parts that were cook heheheh.
