Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter
Was in a hurry to cook London Broil and wanted something tasty. Used Grill Creations Smokey Mesquite rub and didn't have blue cheese so used goat cheese. Substituted scallions for chives and cooked the steak only 5 mins. on each side. It was delicious. A real keeper for someone in a hurry!

Banana Cream Pie V
Served this along with some other desserts for a "Supper After Hours" group of 25 and got great reviews. I used whipped cream for the topping as I personally like Banana Cream Pie not Banana Meringue Pie.

Doreen's Superbowl Sandwiches
Had a difficult time finding this recipe.It would be helpful to name it with ingredients used. Finally found it on page 4 of cabbage! Thanks for the recipe. Used to make one similar about 35 yrs ago and lost the recipe so this one helps.
