Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
DELICIOUS - we only used 6 granny smith and it was perfect - depends on your pie shell size I guess. So tasty, not too sweet, not sour.... just absolutely perfect. Will make forever :-)

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole
Followed to a tee and it was absolutely delicious and so, so easy. I put it all together a day ahead and just cooked it before dinner. I used my food processor with the shredding blade which helped a lot and made a nice even consistency w/ the zucchini. I will make this forever and especially for pot lucks - everybody devoured it!!!!

Zippy Summer Shrimp
Very good flavor. I like a little more sauce so I started w/ butter, sauted the shrimp and other ingredients and ended w/ some white wine.
