Making lefse with my husbands family and perogies with my family at Christmas time. And I love making my specialty (pumpkin cheesecake) every year for Thanksgiving.

Sour Cream Waffles
Excellent!Fluffy and flavorful. My husband was skeptical at first but quickly ate his words along with most of the waffles. These have become a staple at my house. The only change I made was using vanilla yogurt instead of plain because that's what I had on hand.

Chocolate Zucchini Cookies
Tasted great and very moist. So gooey and cake like that I might try making these as brownies next time. I added in coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped almonds. Yummy!
