GREAT RECIPE! My husband absolutely loves this pie. It's now his favorite even over his mother's custard pie which has been his favorite for years. Just the right mixture of ingredients (graham, blueberries and cool whip!) for a great tasting and very easy blueberry dessert! Rather than garnish with whip cream when serving, I just put a thick layer of it right on top of the pie. YUM!

This could be a pretty good recipe. I added a little sour cream to the mixture and a layer of bread crumbs to the top. Other than that, I followed the directions so I'm not sure what I did wrong. The noodles on the bottom and sides were still chewey/hard. I would have cooked it longer, but it already had a brown "crust" starting to form on bottom and sides of dish...maybe I overcooked it? I refrigerated overnight and cooked at 375 for 1 hour, so I'm not sure. I will try this recipe again (we liked it), but will watch closely while cooking...maybe stirring 1/2 way through cooking time to redistribute the noodles.

My husband and I really liked this recipe and I'll definitely make it again. I used 4 chicken breast halves rather than 3 and I cut the chicken up into bite size chunks rather than leaving whole. I used milk rather than 1 1/4 cups water to make it a little more creamy. The only things I might change the next time I make this is to add a layer of stuffing on the bottom and a sprinkle of cheese on top. May also add a little more broccoli and sour cream. I thought this was a pretty good recipe...Thanks!
