Chicken and Cashews

Will be making again, though I will add a bell pepper next time. This didn't taste like the cashew chicken I get at the restaraunt, but it had a good flavor & was VERY quick to fix!

This was great! I made it for Easter dinner & everyone loved! I used fresh potatoes & then my sister told me she forgot to mention that she uses frozen. I would use the frozen next time as it would make it much faster. It was really good though & I will be making these again for sure!

Deviled Eggs

They were so salty and I can't even describe what else I thought b/c they were just not to my liking at all. The others at the house for Easter dinner said they liked them, but I think they were just trying to be nice! I will NOT be making these again...

Broccoli Cheese Soup

LOVE THIS! But, make sure you get the right amounts of chicken broth with your cheese! 1st time I made - FABULOUS! 2nd time, I got a bit more chicken broth & not enough cheese. REALLY good though!

Cousin David's Slow Cooker Brisket

I liked this more than my husband did, he said he's not big on the chili sauce flavor. I served with mashed potatoes & our 14 month old son and I ate it up! I will make again b/c we liked it so well!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I'd never even had chicken & dumplings & wanted to try it so I made this recipe. We put the crock pot into the oven to bake the biscuits a bit. REALLY good flavoring! You could use the chicken & broth to make chicken noodle soup too! This was YUMMY, my husband and I both liked it!

Oven Pot Roast

The meat had a great flavor when it was done! We didn't think there was enough "gravy" so I would probably double up on the sauce you put over the meat next time to try to get more, but it sure did have a good flavor too! This one's a keeper!

Loaded Potato Soup I

Really good, but suggest not as much sour cream as it called for. We don't use the sour cream at all & you don't miss it a bit! Also, I put cheese on top rather than in it & bacon too. My husband & I loved it & it was ready in no time at all! VERY easy & yummy too!
