Flatlander Chili

Left out the celery & green pepper & will add a little more cayenne pepper next time, but giving this 5 stars as we LOVED it! That's big coming from him b/c he's always hated every chili recipe I've ever made. This is my new chili recipe of choice!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

So chocolatey (sp?) & so good! A glass of milk is a must with these babies. They were really easy too, I've never made a brownie from scratch. This recipe is a keeper!

This was really good! I did cut the mayo in half & added some italian dressing. I also used dried basil. Next time, I may add more basil and a little more dressing though.

My husband and I did not like the texture (it was grainy) and I will not be making this again. I used Italian cheese and maybe that changed it? Maybe it was just me & something I did, but we did not care for this dish.

Creamy Linguini for Two

I really liked the flavor, but it could have had some chicken or shrimp to give it some umf! My husband didn't like it well as I did, but I will be making it again! I will just be sure to add some chicken. I've decided that I think alfredo as a whole needs chicken b/c it's just too blah by itself.

Herbed Chicken Nuggets

This is the best chicken nugget recipe I've found! I've tried some others, but they were not nearly as flavorful! Instead of wheat germ, I crush either saltines or wheat Ritz crackers. Either work just fine & you can't tell the difference. We make this with a honey mustard dressing that I got on here & they are a favorite in our house!

Classic Macaroni and Cheese

Probably my husband's FAVORITE meal! He requests this one weekly! I don't use quite as much butter & then I think it's better b/c it's not as rich. This recipe is super easy & SO yummy! It's a keeper! Thanks for posting!

Make Ahead Manicotti

I really liked this & so did my Mother in law. My husband did not like as much & says to stick with the stuffed shells recipe that I got from this website. Next time I make, I will use more sauce as 1 jar didn't seem to be enough, reduce the ricotta, add more motzarella & bake for a little less time. That may make it more cheesy & more saucy. Overall I really did like this dish & would make again! My husband is not a big Italian fan. He said this seeemed like a dish you would get in a restaraunt, I see this as a compliment!
