Made this for dinner at our "Girls Weekend" at the lake. There wasn't any leftovers to snack on the next day. The brats had very good flavor, the peppers and onions were cooked just right. This recipe is a keeper for an anytime meal! Thanks for sharing.

I made this for the girls weekend at the lake and it was wonderful. I followed the recipe as written and marinated for 24 hours and the flavor was excellent. I'll be keeping this recipe close at hand this summer. It's a good recipe to do on the inside grill too. Thanks for sharing.

Great Recipe. I made this for Easter dinner and the Pork Roast was the star of the dinner. Everyone wanted to know how I kept the roast so moist. I followed the herb rub to a tee, but changed the liquid to apple juice. De-lish! This recipe is a much healthier choice then the Easter Ham. This is the new Easter go to recipe from now on. Thanks for a Great recipe!
