Low-Fat Tartar Sauce
I was completely surprised at how GREAT this recipe tastes! I didn't use the red pepper sauce because I am not a fan of too much spice, but the recipe still tasted very good. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Slow-Cooked Tamale Casserole
This casserole turned out great! I made only minor modifications: I sauted 1/2 chopped onion before browning the hamburger, added 1 can kidney beans and 1 cube beef boullion (for flavor.) I used taco seasoning and it was great but next time would try chili seasoning and maybe even add extra cumin and chili seasoning for a little more flavor. Perfect for those cold winter nights.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
This is a very tasty recipe for salisbury steak, but it's a little too salty for our tastes. I will look for a similar recipe that doesn't use such a high level of salt from prepared seasoning packets. I recommend using low sodium soup at least.
