Fabulous dish! This is the best homemade chicken marsala recipe! I only made one change - once the chicken was cooked through, I removed it from the skillet. Next, I added about 2 Tablespoons of flour to the mushrooms and sauce. I cooked the sauce on med-high heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly. Finally, I poured the thickened sauce over the chicken. For side dishes, I served Pasta e Olio (allrecipes.com recipe) and green beans...EXCELLENT MEAL!
