Nice and easy, and the chicken stays very moist!

Slow Cooker Chicken Creole
I may have just used the wrong Creole seasoning, or maybe I just wasn't in the right mood for it, but while it wasn't bad to taste, it didn't really come across as very delicious. Some cayenne or similar to give it some more heat may have helped, too.

Slow Cooker Corn Chowder
Delicious. I added more ham to mine, and it doesn't really have enough corn to be called a "corn chowder". Make sure to pick the small waxy potatoes, I used baking potatoes for mine and it wasn't bad, but could have had a better mouth feel.
