Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
Wow, these are delicious! I really didn't expect them to be so tasty because they were so easy to make! They were a little bit crumbly, but they still stay together fine. I used Smuckers Raspberry Jam (with seeds) and added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Yum!

Cool Whipped Frosting
Excellent recipe- definitely a keeper! I used it on a jello-poke cake and everyone loved it. Will definitely make again!

Butter Cream Frosting II
Excellent recipe! I used this icing on a devil's food cake for a celebration at my University- everyone really liked it! The only changes I made were to use butter instead of margarine and to cut back the sugar to 4 cups.
