Old Fashioned Onion Rings
These are the best onion rings I have ever had. The two times I have made these I used Vidalia Onions. I don't think I will ever try this recipe with regular onions. Set oven to 225 and keep a pan in the oven with paper towel on it. When a batch comes out of the oil put it in the oven. It keeps the rings warm and crisp.
