Bourbon Sausage
Very quick and easy with a thick bourbon-tinged sauce that doesnt overwhelm the sausagey-goodness of the Lil Smokies. Serve with ice-cold beer, a good game on TV, and cushy recliner.

Italian Sausage Soup
This is a really good quick soup: the flavors of the Italian sausage combine with the beef stock to make a really rich tasting broth. I recommend draining the sausage before adding the broth tho...

Apple Bundt Cake
Very moist, rich (but not heavy), apple cake -- very, very delicious! I made this with pecans and it was awesome! Thanks Carol!
