Plain Cake Doughnuts

So good! I didn't add the cinnamon and nutmeg to the dough because we wanted to add different toppings. We coated some in cinnamon sugar, topped others with a chocolate glaze and left a few plain. They were all delicious and extremely quick to make. We will be making these again soon!

Easy Paella

Excellent! A big hit, even with the kids. The only change I made was to use a chicken sausage instead of choritzo because it's what I had. Next time I make it (and there will be a next time) I will reduce the oregano to 1 tsp. because it was a little strong for my taste.

Easy Chocolate Chip Bars

A little different than a typical chocolate chip cookie, but very good. I was concerned that they might be greasy so I reduced the butter to 3/4 cup. Super fast and easy to make. Perfect if you're out of eggs, too!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

This was very good, but I think I would use a smaller pan next time. I found it difficult to get half of the batter to completely cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. I also had to bake mine for quite a bit longer than the recipe stated.

Delicious! I used chicken tenderloins instead of whole breast pieces, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. My family absolutely loved it and requested I make it on a regular basis.

Asian Style Country Ribs

Amazing! The only change I made was to use bone-in country style ribs. Other than that, I followed the recipe to a tee. They were falling off the bone tender and delicious. I will make these again and again!

Shrimp Scampi III

This was amazingly good. The only change I made was to leave the garlic in (finely minced, not sliced) and to serve the shrimp without pasta. I was skeptical about the bread crumbs, but it wasn't the least bit "bready". The entire family loved this recipe.

Sweet Corn Cake

Incredibly delicious! I had the ingredients on hand to make this as the recipe states, but saw that another reviewer had used a can of creamed corn instead of frozen and eliminated the water so that's what I did (saved a little time). My family inhaled it. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!!

Spicy Chicken

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

My kids love these!! They ask for them all the time. I make them with Cocoa Krispies because that's what my kids like, but I think you could use almost any cereal. Fast and easy to make, too!!

We loved this recipe! I doubled the sauce and served over rice. Also, because some of the reviews stated that it wasn't very spicy, I added a little extra heat with a dash of Thai chile paste. So good and easy to make. A new regular in our house!!

Delicious! I marinated the meat for a little less than 24 hours and they were extremely flavorful and tender. Very simple to prepare and amazingly fast to grill. Definitely the best beef skewers I've ever made!

Hot Fudge Sauce

I just finished making this and it is delicious! I promised my daughter she could have a hot fudge sundae after dinner tonight, so I decided to try this recipe. Fantastic! It took all of 3 minutes to make. I'll never buy the premade hot fudge sauce again!!

We did not care for this at all. The combination of cinnamon and cumin was not appealing and did not go well with the basting sauce. Also, my basting sauce never thickened, even after reducing it by 1/3.

Baked French Fries I

We loved these! They are as close to the real thing as I've ever made without frying. I lightly salted them when they came out of the oven. Mine were done a little sooner than the recipe stated, so I think it is best to check them often. I will make these again and again!
