Kids Favorite Meatloaf
Excellent! I also used 1 cup of bread crumbs in place of the cereal. I made one loaf and cooked for 65 minutes total. Yum!! Will be making this again as I had not yet found a meatloaf recipe worth going back to. Thank you!

Green Chile Spinach Quiche
Delicious!!!! The whole family loved this quiche. I did add a pound of bacon (1/2 to each) cooked and crumbled along the bottom of the pie before adding the filling. This one is a keeper!!

Roasted Red Potato Salad
LOVED it! I had gone to a picnic once and had something similar. I was thrilled to find your recipe. The only addition I had was to put fresh chopped garlic in the may/sour cream mixture. Fantastic!
