Tart Lemon Sorbet
I made this without an ice cream maker- I just put in the freezer and went to stir it every hour. You do want to set your freezer on high for this, or it can take up to 5 hours to set to a sorbet consistency. It came out really good, and now my husband and kids want to try it with ALL kinds of fruit! It was very sweet and Lemony, just the way we love it.

Blueberry Pie
This is the best ever. I'm a heat and serve kinda girl, nothing i make ever comes out right, but this came out perfectly! I was so thrilled, and it tasted great too. I added extra cornstartch (6tbsp), but when i cut into it while it was still pretty hot it was still too runny. Later after it had cooled down, it was VERY very solid, so today when i make it again, ill stick with 5. I also used frozen blueberries and was about a half cup over, but threw them in anyway, and used a full cup of sugar. MMM so good.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
These were great! I didnt think id like them, i usually dont like cookies, but these came out soft and chewy, aven after being in the fridge for a whole night. I added a 1/4 cup of brown sugar (my son insisted), and left out the nuts- were not big on crunchy cookies. I only make a dozen at a time and keep the rest in the fridge, its kept for 4 days very well.
