Sugar Cookies VII
These were wonderful!!! The kids loved them. My only suggestion is to increase the amount of flour to 4 or 5 cups. The dough was too sticky only using 3.

Burmese Chicken Curry (Gaeng Gai Bama)
Very good!!! I altered the recipe just a little... I reduced the shallots to 4 and I only used 1/2 tablespoon of red curry.
