Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
This is an absolutely wonderful recipe! This is the second time I've made it, the first using wild mushrooms(1lb in total) and the second time, I added a few mushrooms and green beans! Definitely will be making this lots more.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I
This was delicious! My whole family agreed that it was better than take out! I had to do a little "tweaking" to the sauce to get it how we like it, (not too much vinegar). I also took the suggestion from EE2ME and SHELLS and added 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt to my flour mixture, because I didn't have the self rising flour. Worked perfectly! With the left over batter, we made dough balls and covered them with cinnamon and sugar!
