I'm deaf. That doesn't make me any different. I love to cook, and my husband isn't complaining. :) I love to make casseroles and experiment with them. cookouts in the summer...holiday gatherings. I made something better out of a mistake. I tried making coconut macaroons but they didn't turn out good, so I remedied it by rolling warm macaroons into balls and freezing 'em. I then melted chocolate and dipped the frozen macaroons. Toasted coconut balls. Yummy. overcooked peanut butter cookies because I forgot about 'em. :-p
