I am a mother of 2, I own a hair salon named "Rachel's Place" I love to cook and camp and travel. I also love to go to the beach and sit around a campfire. I love to make mexican food, I love to make ribs and burgers on the bbq, and pasta Friday nights my husband and I usually have a date night at home and cook a meal together. I make awesome chicken enchilada's and great lasagna coffee cake, I was learning to cook and the recipe called for 1 cup of strong coffee, I added 1 cup of coffee grinds, needless to say it ended up in the garden.
