Banana Pudding IV
Wow! I have made this recipe several times and just wow! I don't change a thing except I use more wafers because I layer it in my trifle dish. My husband thinks I hung the moon when I serve this up. When I need to convince him of something, I whip up this little dessert and it puts him in a receptive mood ;)

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
My kids liked it! I'm always looking for ways to get back to the basics and save money, and this recipe works, and it tastes great, too. I substituted sugar for the honey but will put honey on my shopping list and try it next time. I omitted anchovies and used Chef Paul Prudhomme's Pizza Magic seasoning. I also added a little more water to get the consistence I was looking for. I'm happy to find a recipe I can make for 50-75 cents or less as opposed to $2-$3 for a can of store bought pizza sauce. Less sodium, too.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole I
It was tasty, although too salty for my preference, so I felt bloated for a day or 2. I used shredded cheddar instead of processed cheese and only added a little chili powder. I'd love to find a variation or another recipe that cuts out the high amount of sodium added from the condensed soups and enchilada sauce. My husband loved it, though.
