Own a guest ranch, with over 10 horses at a time. Operate trail rides and have a cabin, that offers a bed and breakfast type atmosphere dessert - anything that you have to bake. Love chocolate. Kids love to eat dessert and usually ask "whats for dessert" before they are done eating, so they can "save room". nothing really forgot the eggs in a corn casserole - turned out as corn hash and the guests loved it b/c they thought it was suppose to be like that!
