Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I am from Maine, and this pumpkin bread is even better than at home! I used the original recipe, but will modify it next time as others have suggested (too much oil and sugar for me). I made one large loaf of bread and 12 muffins. After baking I poked holes in them and drizzled with melted butter mixed with cinnamon and sugar. When they were cool I drizzled them with glaze (1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk and 1 tsp vanilla). Amazing!!!
