Artichoke Crab Dip

This was pretty good but could use a little more zip. Very easy to prepare. I used canned crabmeat but I'll use lump meat the next time. I liked it a lot.

Peach Kuchen

I loved this kuchen. I used fresh frozen peaches, thickened with cornstarch (cooked first) and an orange juice/powdered sugar glaze. You're right, it is very easy. Great taste.
