Brunch Enchiladas

Excellent recipe! The kids liked it. I think greasing the bottom of the pan would be better as mine stuck to the bottom of the pan. I took the recommendation of 6 egs vs 5 and used sausage instead of ham (more brekfast like). Will make this for supper one night and use ground chicken or ground ham. Used a Tex Mex blend of cheese to add more Mexican flavour to it.

Absolutely Excellent Oatmeal Cookies

Wasn't impressed with this recipe but I like a chewier cookie than this one. The kids ate them and told me they liked them, but they did hang around for a bit before they were all gone.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I truly enjoyed this cookie. I added the extra flour and baking soda. They came out looking like cake cookies, but when I tasted them, they were awesome!!! Thanks for sharing (oh and I left out the nuts and choc chips as I had none on hand but yummy)

Cream of Tomato

Excellent!!! I did puree my tomatoes in the food processor for a nice smooth soup. I used frozen fresh tomatoes as well.

Corn Chowder II

For 2 T of flour you definately need more than one cup of milk. I just poured it in until I felt it looked good. I used frozen corn instead of the niblets. But by all acounts good recipe.

Garlic Shrimp Pasta

My family and I thought this was FANTASTIC. Everyone ate their entire plate. Very simple to make. I also sauteed red pepper and vidalia onion to give it colour and melted the garlic on the stove. A three pot meal is GREAT in my books.

Buttertart Squares

I should have known not to tell my husband about these ones, I made them yesterday and they are almost gone! Advice - make sure the sides are really really greased - mine stuck a bit and are hard to get out of the pyrex - nonetheless AMAZING!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

The base definately needs something to hold it together a bit more - I think next time I will add a tsp of flour while the oats are cooking. I also used mint chocolate chips and crunchy peanut butter. Yummy.

I did take advice and refridgerate the dough for a few hours and they were perfect, I think next time I may add some shredded cheese when I roll them out and perhaps add some garlic powder to the flour to kick it up a notch!

These are the best oatmeal cookies I have ever made!!! I put them in for 13 min instead of 15 as I like them a bit softer,but they were nice and soft to begin with. I will defintately use this reciepe again!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

The most wicked cookies I have ever made. I didn't have enought butter so I used Crisco Golden shortening. They turned out awesome. I did add a dash of salt because most cookie recipes do and I just plum forgot not to. It didn't kill them.
