Excellent recipe! The kids liked it. I think greasing the bottom of the pan would be better as mine stuck to the bottom of the pan. I took the recommendation of 6 egs vs 5 and used sausage instead of ham (more brekfast like). Will make this for supper one night and use ground chicken or ground ham. Used a Tex Mex blend of cheese to add more Mexican flavour to it.

Wasn't impressed with this recipe but I like a chewier cookie than this one. The kids ate them and told me they liked them, but they did hang around for a bit before they were all gone.

I truly enjoyed this cookie. I added the extra flour and baking soda. They came out looking like cake cookies, but when I tasted them, they were awesome!!! Thanks for sharing (oh and I left out the nuts and choc chips as I had none on hand but yummy)
