Pork and Veggie Saute

This is a great recipe Dice the vegetables early in the day then cook it up quickly at dinner time. Added sliced baby carrots needed the extra veggie!

Good flavor but dry and crumbly. So dry it fell of the fork! It needs a sauce to hold the ingredients together.

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo

Good flavor but sauce was a problem. Would double sauce next time. Following reviews I simmered 20 minutes, removed from heat, still did not thicken properly had to add Wondra flour to thicken.

Famous Pork Chops

Great recipe!! May be a typo but you only need 1 egg and 2 Tablspoons butter diced not 1/2 cup!! Worked out great. Used garlic herb crakers for added flavor.

Mom's Pumpkin Pie

Must use a 9" DEEP dish pie pan to hold all of the filling ingredients! Texture was less than perfect, would not make this again.

Very good recipe! Used new red potatoes and added some paprika which aides in browning, did not find these to be greasy as some others reported. A real keeper! Used non-stick aluminum foil, very easy cleanup.
