Creme de Menthe Bars
Took another's advise and used Betty Crocker's Triple Chunk Brownie mix. Also added 1 tbl of creme de menthe to the brownix mix. Everyone loved it.

Slow-Cooked Short Ribs
I made these as directed and they were very good, but they were really spicy. My husband liked them alot but next time I might use other's suggestions and substitute bbq sauce for the chili sauce.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
