Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust
Gave this a 3 star rating only because it works more as a base recipe than the real deal (but if I were a first time cheesecake maker, this would be a great recipe!). I just made this tonight as individual cheesecakes in a muffin pan and they were tasty but missing something. I'll definitely try this again but I'll be sure to follow some of the modifications listed in the reviews.

Butterscotch Bread Pudding
A super simple recipe to make amazing bread pudding, even if it's your first time! I used this recipe on Saturday to make bread pudding for the very first time and I got nothing but raves from everyone. I followed previous suggestions to reduce the brown sugar to 1 c and substituted 2 c of milk with half and half. Used a loaf of sourdough bread and it was delicious. Will make again.

Baked Dijon Salmon
I prepared the recipe "as is" and it came out wonderfully. The boyfriend loved the meal (although he'll almost eat any kind of fish made any kind of way!). I didn't rave about it as much as I thought it could use a pinch more flavoring. Next time around, I'll try some of the previous suggestions to spice up the recipe and see what happens next, but I'll definitely use it again! Very simple and easy to make, it takes some of the mystery out of making fish. Thank you so much for the base!
