Very Easy Shrimp Dip
This is a great recipe. I always have these indgredients on hand and whip up this dip for all occasions. I have also substituted the shrimp for crabmeat.

Apple, Cranberry, and Pear Crisp
I have used this recipe several times and have received numerous requests for the recipe. At times, when Rome apples were not available, I used Courtland and Macoun. I have also used Bartlett pears. This is a great recipe and wonderful with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!

Oven Roasted Potatoes
This is by far the best potatoe recipe I have ever had. I didn't change a thing.
