Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
These were some of the best cookies I've ever made!!! Everyone raved about them and loved how soft and moist they were....and stayed!! Will absolutely make again :)

Antipasto Pasta Salad
This salad was amazing! I had it as a brunch option and it was loved by all. I didn't have the meat ingredients so I left them out (last minute) but even without it was wonderful.

Plum Tomato and Escarole Salad with Parmesan Balsamic Dressing
So simple and yet soooo good. My husband often asks for me to make the dressing for his regular salads as well. We love garlic so we put extra garlic in the mix but this one is easy and delicious.
