Somehow I printed this recipe for 20 servings and it made 2 HUGE "logs". I shaped them in a 3 lb. box from the cream cheese I bought. Brother in-law threatened to call his lawyer on me for the crime of feeding him so well! Everybody raved! Will make again but scale down to make one "log". Served it with garlic flavored bagel crisps. Yummy! I can tell you it gets more oniony the more days you have leftovers.

My variation on this is: Use 1 small bottle of Orville Redenbacher butter flavored popcorn oil and 2 powdered zesty italian dressing seasoning. Mix in large garbage bag. Voila!

A Keeper! Like some others I doubled the cream cheese mixure-omitted the water-used store bought italian style meatballs. Couldn't fit a whole loaf of single layered bread so I don't know how anyone else did but having it a day or 2 old made for no sogginess. The 2 Italian men in my family raved! Thanks.
