Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I took these to a party and they totally disappeared in seconds. I was happy I bought the best appetizer there. I had people looking me up on the spot for the recipe. I added cut up sun dried tomatoes for color and extra parms on top last few minutes for looks. I have a text message on my phone waiting asking for the recipe. I'm making more next time.By the way this party was a crab feed..so I couldn't make crab stuffed mushroom my fav

wonderful salad... don't omit a thing. After cooking green beans put them in cold ice water to stop cooking process. Keep potatoes and green beans crisp.

Lemon Pepper Pasta Seafood

Very fast and tasty. I used Trader Joes Lemon Pepper Pasta. This pasta is very yummy and good by itself. I use frozen cleaned and peeled shrimp for the ease of making the dish. Much lighter than cream and parm sauce.

Awesome Roast Beef

I sprinkled with the roast with salt and pepper and browned the roast first in olive oil. I loved it. I cooked on high for 4 hours because of time crunch. I added bread flour to gravy and cooked into thicken gravy. The thin gravy made the potatoes too mushy. I thought the thicker gravy would sit on top of the potatoes. I'll see tonight when we have leftovers.

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

I made this cookie without reading the reviews so I followed the recipe exactly and I loved the it. We ate them all in one days-four of us. Next time I might try some of the suggestions but the recipe stands on its own. Would be proud to take this cookie to a cookie exchange. I didn't have seedless jam..only change.

just right! Try not to pack the dough down to keep them light and fluffy. Used splanda not sugar but sprinkled sugar on top before baking.

Stir-Fried Shrimp with Snow Peas and Ginger

I made extra sauce and added extra fresh ginger since we like ginger. I served it with brown rice. This recipe was extra easy and tasted great. The list of ingredients looks long but went together easily.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

I never cooked turkey in the slow cooker and it turn out just right and very moist. If you are following this recipe I would not run out to buy onion soup mix. I did use the mix myself since this recipe with the french onion soup mix is also on the turkey grower web page. How ever, next time I'm using my favorite turkey rubs and filling the bird with onions, garlic and other good stuff. The recipe is great because of the cooking process.

Slow Cooker Spicy Black-Eyed Peas

I made this soup today and can't stop eating it. I didn't have dried peas so I used canned. I'm not sure it made a difference in the taste since I've never made it before. I slow cooked everything and added the peas once the onions seemed cooked. When I make it next time I'll used canned peas again since everything cooked faster. I believe this would make a great chicken soup, also. Next time I'll leave out the bacon just didn't need the extra calories or flavor. I didn't have cayann either and my mouth is still burning.

Slow Cooker Homemade Beans

I followed the recipe exactly and the beans turned out just right. They had the right amount of liquid. They were done. The baked beans were more perfect the second day as the liquid got absorbed more into the beans. I did taste at the end of the cooking time and added just a touch more of some of the seasonings. I put a few drops of smoke also.
