Chex(R) Muddy Buddies(R)
Quick, easy, great crunch, fairly inexpensive & most people really like them! Just be warned that they are very sweet. I used Rice Chex & creamy peanut butter. One (12.8oz) box is a little more than 9 cups. The chocolate mix was pretty thick after microwaving so I never really "poured" it on & I didn't have a 2 gal bag so I used a 1 gal which worked just fine -I just had to shake it a little longer to get them all coated. They taste good right out of the freezer! Good recipe to have around for the holidays! Thanks!
