5 star method but to be truly delicious, this recipe needs more seasoning. Make a rub with salt and pepper by doubling the paprika, adding garlic powder and a pinch of cayenne, and few tsps of sugar to mimic caramelization on the skin. Throw an onion and some chopped celery in the cavity. Also, roast breast side down to keep the breast meat moist... you won't get the bird out in one piece anyhow so it doesn't really matter how it looks. Easy way to prepare a delicious chicken.
