Tiny Tarts
I thought these were pretty good. The filling was tasty- I probably overbaked it b/c the filling was sort of hard (probably should've been much gooier and sticky). I didn't care for the crust- lacked any flavor and it was way too crumbly. It was too much work. I prefer a crust that's more substantial.

Easy Cream Cheese Danish
I ate these 5 mins after they came out of the oven and they tasted great. The extra frosting drizzle took something away from the pastry I think. It lacked flavor I think. Anyhow, I ate the leftovers the next day and the crescent dough taste was really pronounced and I could barely taste the filling at all. I felt like I was just eating a roll. I would make it again for just the filling but will probably try the phyllo dough as others have suggested.

No Bake Cheesecake I
I don't know what happened- I followed recommendations by adding in only 1 tbsp of lemon juice, adding in an extra bar of cream cheese, and adding in 1/2 cup of sour cream (instead of cream)... and it tasted really off. All I tasted was cream cheese and sour cream. So simple and somewhere I screwed it up!
