Easy Lemon Bars
I doubled the filling like everyone suggested. I struggled with the baking time though. I added in an extra 10 minutes of baking time because the cheesecake filling didn't seem to set (and the topping wasn't browned). It still didn't work. I took them out cause I was afraid the crust would get too dark. It became a little bit more firm when it cooled but it was a still a little jiggly. I'm not sure what happened. But it was still delicious!

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts
I followed this recipe exactly and it turned out GREAT! I was taste testing it before bringing it to the Superbowl party and I ended up eating a lot of it on my own. I served it with Ritz- vegetable flavored crackers. The flavored cracker seemed to overpower the dip so I would go for plain Ritz crackers next time or just bread cubes. Definitely would make again!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
My 1st review! I just had to comment on this recipe. I took these to a party and everyone thought they were store bought. They said it was better than Reese's cups! If only they knew how EASY it was... I used both regular and mini size muffin pans. I think the mini sized ones were cuter and better since they were so decadent. As other reviewers have stated, spraying some non-stick spray really helped. It's messy but totally worth it.
