About this Cook
Because I have lived in so many places, I have developed a broad taste in food. England had the best food ever though. I love good cheese, Curry, and Vinegar. I think everything should have a sauce, and a glass of wine on the side. I have 2 toddlers, and another on the way, and my husband is a full time accounting student. I stay home- try to stay sane, and try new recipes whenever I can!

Onion Rings
This was fun to make. It took some time to get the oil at the right temp. If you are using and electric range- set it at just a smidge under medium heat. They ARE really greasy- but who cares? They are onion rings!

Chicken Curry II
YES!!! I LOVE Indian food, and have not been able to find any that is half decent since I left England and came back to the states. THIS IS AWESOME. I have made "authentic" recipes before, and it's a TON of work. This is so easy- and uses stuff that I always have on hand. THANKS! :D ETA: I did use cubed chicken breast, and I added coconut milk (half a can) to the soup mixture. All I had was 2 TBSPs of curry powder- so I just added some chinese 5 spice.
