I have just recently had a baby boy, Tennessee "Mac," and I am a full time Mama now. I enjoy cooking every day for my husband and myself. I am always looking for new things to try and old recipes to perfect. I love cooking, it's my passion. I love to cook skillet meals (chicken with fresh herbs and some kind of crazy sauce), casseroles and I love to bake bread and cookies. I also obsess about the perfect appetizers for get togethers. My Mama, sister, and I used to make Christmas cookies every year. I would like to come up with a couple cooking traditions to cook with my son every year. I don't have too many traditions in my family, so I want to start some. Chicken enchiladas, spicy fettucine alfredo, and Kahlua brownies are everybody's favorites of mine. I CANNOT MAKE BISCUITS. It is the thorn in my foot. I've tried it all. One of these days, I will master them. I SWEAR IT!!!!!
